1. What you are authorizing

You are authorizing Snail3D to run a one-time search of public records on the person you name below (the subject) and to deliver the findings to you as a written report by email. The subject may be you, or a person whose records you are lawfully entitled to request.

The search covers records that are already public: people-search and address-history aggregators, public court listings, property and deed records, business and corporate filings, professional and occupational license registries, voter registration status where it is published, and public social and web profiles that appear under the subject's name.

Leave a field blank if you do not have the value. A search on a common name without a city or date of birth will return more than one person and the report will say so.

  1. You confirm the information you provided about the subject is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
  2. You confirm you are authorized to request a public-records search on this subject — because the subject is you, or because you have their permission, or because you are otherwise lawfully entitled to do so.
  3. You will not use the report to harass, stalk, threaten, or harm the subject, or for any purpose unlawful in your jurisdiction.
  4. You will not use the report for any FCRA-covered decision about a person's employment, tenancy, credit, or insurance.

7. Scope limits an authorization cannot override

This authorization does not extend to records that are not public, to sources whose terms prohibit automated access, or to any system Snail3D is not permitted to query. Where a source cannot be queried lawfully, the report records that it was not checked and why. Nothing in this document requires Snail3D to use a method it is not permitted to use.

By signing below, you confirm the statements in section 4 and authorize the search described above.
